A core Pilates class performed on the reformer machine that explores your understanding of the five basic principles of Stott Pilates and ensures the correct recruitment of muscles.

In this stimulating class, you will strengthen and tone all muscle groups.

A core Mat work class designed to tighten and lengthen your muscles, while allowing you to expand your understanding of the five basic principles of Stott Pilates.

Challenging yourself with a range of exercises, you will put these into practice, tightening and strengthening your body from head to toe.

ANGÉLIQUE BARRE

A TOTAL BARRE CLASS

Fitness and core strength

A combination of Pilates mat work and ballet using the ballet barre and studio floor. This high activity, cardio class is designed to strengthen your legs, butt and abs.

A beautiful workout that will leave you feeling like a dancer.

Suitable for all levels and abilities.

S’étirer Reformer

A STRETCH CLASS ON THE REFORMER

Flexibility and mobility

Controlled exercises performed with tension on the reformer will build greater muscle strength and increase joint stability, improve your range of motion and flexibility; helping you to reduce pain and tension, move better and progress faster.

This class is less strenuous than other reformer classes but no less beneficial. We focus on moving with the breath, expanding your repertoire and helping you to reach your goals; be it touching your toes, performing the splits, sports recovery, or to move more efficiently, this class will help.

Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Énergique Reformer

A FUNCTIONAL FITNESS REFORMER CLASS

Fitness and strength

A strength-based class focused on conditioning for functional fitness. Working towards developing core strength and your deep muscles to ensure the correct recruitment for effective movement in both your daily activity and sport, and to reduce the risk of injury.

This class is higher in intensity than other reformer classes, using heavier weights and loaded tension for full body training, and is designed to lift your heart rate and get you a great cardio workout without running around on the ground.

Pre-requisites: 5 Renforcer Reformer classes must be completed before attending this class. Not suitable for beginner, pregnant or injured clients.

VITE COMBO

A COMBINATION BARRE AND JUMPBOARD CLASS

Cardio and fitness

A high intensity combination class designed to get your heart rate up while working your whole body. Switching between barre and jumpboard exercises, this class is high energy, low impact cardio and is a lot of fun.

Pre-requisites: 5 Renforcer Reformer classes must be completed before attending this class. Not suitable for beginner, pregnant or injured clients.

REFORMER PILATES CLASS

Care and community

An outing for you and your new baby; a safe space to spend some time with other new parents, and do some exercise to your ability and recovery level. You will be supported to exercise with your baby or have them nearby in their pram or on a blanket or held by instructors as you are comfortable. The class is low stimulation, with quieter music and lower lighting.

Aimed at improving specific muscles aiding in post-birth recovery and infant care, while allowing you to reconnect with your body by gaining a mindful understanding and controlling your core muscles.

Kids of all ages are welcome, as are Dads!
This class is for new parents and their babies, six weeks post-natal. It is suitable for all levels and abilities; please ensure you have had your return to sports conversation with your doctor or medical professional.

MAT ON THE LAWN

AN OUTDOOR MAT WORK CLASS

Energy and fun

Designed to activate and strengthen your muscles. With blue skies and sunshine this class will help let go of your stress and embrace the beautiful weather while working and toning from head to toe.

This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.

Progress and challenge

An advanced Reformer Pilates class. This class is designed to develop, challenge and enhance your skills; helping you to build your strength and abilities to mastery level and perform advanced Pilates reformer repertoire.

Pre-requisites: available to Studio Equilibre members only as invited by instructor. Not suitable for beginners or our injured clients.

avance STUDIO

ADVANCED STUDIO CLASS

Progress and challenge

Repertoire performed on all studio equipment; reformer, tower, arc barrel and stability chair. An intimate advanced Pilates class, maximum 6 people. This class is designed to develop, challenge and enhance your skills; helping you to build your strength and abilities to perform Pilates repertoire across all Studio apparatus.

Pre-requisites: available to Studio Equilibre members only as invited by instructor. Not suitable for beginners or our injured clients.

ADVANCED MAT CLASS

Progress and challenge

An intimate advanced mat work class, maximum 6 people. This class is designed to help develop, challenge and enhance your skills, helping you to build your strength and abilities to mastery level and perform advanced Pilates mat work repertoire.

Pre-requisites: available to Studio Equilibre members only as invited by instructor. Not suitable for beginners or our injured clients.
